Will I have to pay customs or import charges?
UK. Prices include VAT, and there’s nothing extra to pay on delivery. EU, including Ireland. The price you pay at checkout is the total price. We cover any import duties and taxes on orders to EU countries, so there’s nothing extra to pay on delivery
Can my order be sent to more than one address?
We can only deliver each order to a single address. If you’d like items sent to different addresses, please place a separate order for each one. Free delivery thresholds apply to each order separately. See Do you offer free delivery? for details.
When will my order be dispatched?
We dispatch orders Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Most orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are normally dispatched the next working day. Occasi
