When will my order be dispatched?Updated 4 hours ago

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Most orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are normally dispatched the next working day. Occasionally, for example during very busy periods, dispatch can take up to two working days.

USA

US orders are sent from our US warehouse, so the dispatch times above don’t apply. Your order will be dispatched as soon as possible, and you’ll receive tracking information once it’s on its way.

Christmas

Over the Christmas and New Year period, dispatch times may be different from usual. Any changes, including last order dates for Christmas delivery, will be shown on our website.

School and Club designs

School and Club designs are made to order in our UK lab, so they take longer to dispatch:

• Standard Lab Service: dispatched within 7–10 working days
• Speedy Lab Service: dispatched within 1–3 working days
