What should I do if there is a discrepancy with my order?Updated 24 days ago

We use the latest software in our warehouse to ensure you receive your order as expected. However, if something is not right with your order, the best thing to do is contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything in our power to resolve it for you.

Please include a photo of the item received and the name of the missing item(s). Please double-check the shipment emails that indicate your other item(s) were shipped separately.
