My order says delivered but I haven’t received itUpdated 6 hours ago

Sorry to hear your parcel hasn’t turned up. Most “delivered” parcels are found nearby, so please try these checks first:

• Check your tracking. It may say where your parcel was left, for example in a safe place or with a neighbour, and some couriers include a photo.
• Look around your property, including porches, sheds, bins and behind plant pots.
• Ask your neighbours whether they’ve taken it in for you.
• If you live in a flat or shared building, or the parcel went to a workplace, check with reception, the post room or any parcel lockers.
• Check the delivery address in your order confirmation email.

Please contact us with your order number within 7 days of the delivery date, and let us know which checks you’ve already done. We’ll look into it with the courier.

If your tracking shows your parcel was delivered to a different address or postcode, please contact us straight away.
