Please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help, but we can only make changes before your order has been processed for dispatch.

What we can change

• Swapping an item, for example for a different size or colour. The new item needs to be the same price as the original. If it’s a different price, we can cancel your order so you can place a new one.
• Removing an item from your order.

We’re unable to add items to an existing order. If you’d like something else, please place a separate order.

School and Club design orders

School and Club designs are made to order, so these orders can’t be changed once they’ve been placed. This includes adding or changing a name, or adding or removing Speedy Lab Service. If you need help, please contact us and we’ll let you know what options are available.

If your order has already been dispatched

Once your order is on its way, it can no longer be changed. You can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of purchase. See How do I return an item? for details.
