We use the latest warehouse software to make sure you receive your order exactly as expected. However, if something isn’t right, the best thing to do is contact us as soon as possible—we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
Please include a photo of the item you received and the name of any missing item(s). Also, be sure to check your shipment emails in case some items were sent separately.
