Do you offer expedited shipping?

USA. In USA we also offer Expedited shipping option which takes 1-2 days for delivery

Will I be charged VAT and Import Duties for Overseas order?

USA - Products are stored and shipped from US warehouses so there will be no additional import duties

What do I do if my delivery does not arrive?

If your delivery has not arrived within the expected timescales please contact us with your order reference number and we will investigate further for you.

My delivery is damaged - what should I do?

Please accept our apologies if you have received a damaged package; retain the packaging, take photographs of the damage if possible and contact us as soon as possible so we can assist further.

Can my order be dispatched to multiple delivery addresses?

We can only arrange delivery to a single address per order. If you need delivery to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each delivery address.
