My mouthguard is faulty. What should I do?Updated 3 hours ago

Sorry to hear there’s a problem with your mouthguard. Please contact us with:

  • a clear photo showing the problem
  • a short description of what happened and when you first noticed it
  • your order number, or proof of purchase if you bought it from another retailer

Our team will look into it and let you know the next steps.

Can you see colour showing through the tooth impressions?

After fitting, it’s normal to see some of the outer colour through the tooth impressions. This is a sign of a good fit, not damage. Please only contact us if there’s an actual hole through the mouthguard.

Did it melt or lose its shape during fitting?

This usually happens if the mouthguard is left in the hot water for too long. Please don’t try to remould it. Contact us and we’ll help under our Precision-Fit Guarantee.

Had your mouthguard for a while?

We recommend replacing your mouthguard every year, as all mouthguards wear over time. Signs of wear on an older mouthguard aren’t necessarily a fault. See How often should I replace my mouthguard?

Is your case or an accessory faulty?

Please contact us and let us know which item is affected.

Injured your teeth while wearing your mouthguard?

This isn’t handled as a faulty product, but you may be covered by our Dental Warranty. See What is the Dental Warranty?

Please don’t cut, trim or try to repair your mouthguard.

For full details, see our Return and Refund Policy. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
