How do I return an item?Updated an hour ago

You can return items bought from opro.com within 30 days of delivery, as long as they’re unopened and in their original packaging. If you bought from another retailer, please contact them about returns.

Returning from the UK

Returns from the UK are free:

1. Create your free returns label on our returns portal.
2. Pack your item securely in its original, unopened packaging.
3. Attach the label and drop off your parcel as shown on the label.

Please keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.

Not received your returns label?

If you’ve created a label on our returns portal but haven’t received it, please contact us with your order number and let us know.

Returning from outside the UK

Please contact us with your order number, and we’ll let you know how to proceed.

• Mouthguards that have been opened, fitted or worn can’t be returned unless they’re faulty. See Can I return a mouthguard I’ve opened or fitted?
• If your item is faulty or you’ve received the wrong item, please contact us instead and we’ll put it right.
