If you would like to exchange an item please initiate a return via OPRO Returns Portal and specify the alternative item required when requested. 

In the UK we will create a free of charge return label and which you can use to send the unwanted products back. Upon receiving the returned items we will send out the preferred product.

Exchanges can be made for any item. If the preferred item is of lower value then we will refund the difference. 

If the preferred item is more expensive then we will send a link for you to pay the extra cost.
