At what age would I change from a junior to an adult mouthguard?Updated 25 days ago

Our mouthguards are available in two sizes:

• Youth Size – generally suitable for children up to age 10
• Adult Size – generally suitable for ages 10 and above

However, children grow at different rates, and some aged 10 to 12 may find the Youth Size more comfortable and better fitting than the Adult Size. We recommend considering the individual child’s mouth size and comfort rather than relying solely on age.
