Prices include VAT, and there’s nothing extra to pay on delivery.

EU, including Ireland

The price you pay at checkout is the total price. We cover any import duties and taxes on orders to EU countries, so there’s nothing extra to pay on delivery.

USA

US orders are sent from our US warehouse, so there are no import charges to pay.

Canada

Canadian orders are sent from the UK, so they may be subject to GST, HST or PST and import duty when they arrive. These charges are payable by the customer. You can find out more on the Canada Border Services Agency website.

Rest of the world

Local import duties or taxes may apply, depending on your country. Where these aren’t included at checkout, they’re payable by the customer when your order arrives. We have no control over these charges, so please check with your local customs office if you’re unsure. Customs checks can also occasionally delay delivery.
