Storing your mouthguard

• Keep your mouthguard in its case whenever you’re not wearing it, to protect it and keep it clean.
• Make sure it’s dry before you put it away.
• Keep it away from direct sunlight and heat, such as radiators, car dashboards or a hot kit bag, as heat can change its shape.
