Can I wear a mouthguard with veneers or other dental work?Updated 4 hours ago
Veneers
A mouthguard won’t remove well-fitted veneers. If a veneer is already loose or starting to fail, though, it could be damaged, so if you have any concerns please check with your dentist first.
Missing teeth or new teeth coming through
This is fine. If teeth are missing or new ones are coming through, your mouthguard can be remolded around them as they change. Just keep the fitting tray or handle that came with it.
Crowns, bridges, implants, dentures and other dental work
If you have any other dental work, or a dental or jaw condition, please speak to your dentist before choosing a mouthguard.
