Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll do our best to update it for you.

Changing the delivery country

We’re unable to change the delivery country on an existing order. If you need your order sent to a different country, we may be able to cancel it so you can place a new order with the correct address.

If your order has already been dispatched

Once your order is on its way, the delivery address can no longer be changed. If your parcel is returned to us, please get in touch and we’ll help arrange the next steps.
